5th Underground Events and Theme Bar, located at 420 E Main Ave and 5th Street (in the basement of the historic Patterson Building), is the latest in events and entertainment in Downtown Bismarck. Open as of November of 2024, our underground bar and event space offers a unique experience with live music, theme nights, and an ever-changing atmosphere. We can't wait to show you what kind of fun we have up our sleeves.

Ever Changing
We intend to change the theme every few months. Check out our Instagram of Facebook for completely up to date themes and menus. We are open to the public only on limited dates and times. If the BAR sign is on, we are OPEN, come on in! Hours will also always be posted at the entrance and posted on our social media pages.
